PhotoTherapy is a creative process of growth and self-discovery that uses photographs to help us see what we've been missing. When we can identify the obstacles that stand in the way of our becoming our best selves and living our best lives, the possibilities are endless.
Art therapy is another creative process in which the physical act of making art is the therapy. It is a wonderful option for individuals that find it difficult to express themselves verbally. Art therapy is a gentle but effective way of allowing clients to express their feelings, thoughts, and emotions, while providing a safe environment from which to create.
In our sessions together we will use a variety of photographs, art materials and artistic avenues to get to the root of the concerns that are keeping you from living the life you deserve. It is only when we identify and understand where we came from that we can change the lens from which we see things.
